What happens when the free week ends?
Dottie lets them know kindly that the trial has finished, and you can choose a plan from your family dashboard. Nothing is charged unless you choose one.
What if they reach the daily limit?
A minute before the end, Dottie starts saying a warm goodbye. They can chat again the next day, or you can move to a plan with more time.
Can I set Dottie up for both of my parents?
Yes. Add each person separately from your dashboard. Each has their own profile, memories and plan.
How do I cancel?
From your family dashboard, under "Plan and billing". There's no commitment: your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for, and isn't renewed.
Who takes the payment?
Payments are handled by Link (Sold through Link, LLC), a reseller that's part of Stripe. It's the seller of record, takes care of sales tax and VAT, and sends your receipts. Your card statement shows LINK.COM* DOTTIE.
